CCT Enrollment has processed over 4,300 applications for the Needs-Based Grant. Payments have been processed weekly since September 4th, 2020.
Many members have had issues with the DocuSign online application. If you completed an application online and you have still not received a payment it is likely that we have not received your application. If you downloaded the completed PDF file at the end of the DocuSign process, please forward that to the email@example.com email address. You may also submit your application via mail and fax, all relevant address information is listed on the form. The blank PDF can be downloaded here.
Please be sure that the address you list on your application is the same as the address we have on file for you. If you would like to change your address, you will need to submit a notarized request. The address change form is located here. Your application will not be processed if there is an address discrepancy.
Applications received by Friday each week will be processed for payment the following Friday. Enrollment staff are working long hours to ensure payments are processed. We will continue to process payments until October 30th, 2020 per Resolution. Thank you for your time and consideration. We appreciate your patience!
