Celebrating the hard work and achievements of our students is very important. We are excited to announce that all Head Start, 8th Grade, High School, GED, College and other Post-Secondary graduates are especially invited to participate in the 2020 Colville Graduation Recognition Parade in each district.

The parade route will be specific to each district, but there will be a drive up graduation stop in which our Tribal Leadership and invited School officials as well as others will recognize each individual graduate with graduation swag and certificates. Graduates and their families will also have their photo taken. We are getting the red carpet treatment rolled out and ready to go!

So far the following district dates have been determined:

· Nespelem: Friday, July 17, 6:00 PM (Parade Staging Area by Nespelem Powwow Grounds, Drive-up Graduation at Lucy Covington Government Building)

· Omak: Saturday, July 18 @ 10:00 AM (Parade Staging Area at Eagles Nest, Drive-up Graduation at Omak Powwow Arbor)

· Inchelium, Thursday, July 23, 6:00 PM (Parade Staging Area at Baseball Fields, Drive-up Graduation at Inchelium School)

· Keller: Friday, July 24, 6:00 PM (Parade Staging Area at Keller Powwow Arbor, Drive-up Graduation at Keller Community Center)

Parade Staging will begin one hour prior to event starting. Also, parade routes are attached.

All Graduate participants must pre-register and also indicate your t-shirt size at the following link as soon as possible:

Traditional attire and parade regalia strongly encouraged and/or cap and gown.

We are being extremely mindful and taking extra safety precautions to ensure the well-being and health of our community. Social distancing and face masks are going to be critically important.

Please share the attached Flyer and encourage all to participate.

Thank you and we are looking forward to the graduate registration and this event!
