A side-dump style semi-truck and trailer owned by St. Clair Trucking tipped onto its side moments ago at the Colville Tribal Government Center in Nespelem. Hauling a load of fill-dirt in a landscaping project outside the new government center, the trucked moved to unload on a small side hill when the weight carried the entire rig over, said workers at the scene. The driver emerged uninjured from the overturned cab. Currently, crews are working right the vehicle. TOSHA has responded is in on-scene. Tribune will provide updates as they come available.
